The Challenge
Cacao Creative’s existing systems for managing design subscriptions were cobbled together across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual admin. As the studio grew, this patchwork approach became increasingly unscalable — leading to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and lost revenue opportunities.
