We are mostly senior people who spent the best part of our careers in digital services, getting to be really good at what we do. Our backgrounds and experience are varied, and yet we always converge on the same thing - a fixation on doing the right thing by the client.

Why we started
We had both watchedthe same thing go wrong.
Between us we had spent years inside businesses watching good people work around software that had stopped fitting them. Not broken software. Software that had been right once, had never been revisited, and had quietly become the reason a job that should take an hour takes a day.
Unovo is a young company and we would rather say so than have you find out. What is not young is the work: the systems we have built are running payrolls, moving freight and reconciling millions of pounds a month, and they were built by the people you have just met.
When a job needs more
We would rather bring insomeone better than us.
Some jobs need a specialist for a fortnight rather than a hire for a year. These are the people we bring in when that happens, and we have worked with all of them for long enough to put our name next to theirs.

We are at the Olympic Legacy Park, next to the stadium, about ten minutes from the city centre and five from the parkway.
You are welcome to come to us, and for anything substantial we would rather come to you, wherever that is. Half a day on your site is worth a week of calls.
An open invitation
Not everyone who writes to usis buying something.
We are not hiring at the moment, which is not the same as having nothing to talk about. A company this size gets most of what it needs from people who introduced themselves before there was a role, a project or a reason to.
You do this for a living
Designers, engineers, writers. We bring specialists in by the project rather than by the year, and the people we call are the people we already know.
You run something similar
